Fun with Fronie

March 24th...

We went to pay our landlord, Fronie. Her name is Veronica but I've always know her as Fronie. ;) She always seems to enjoy our crazy kids and they love going to visit her. They quickly made themselves at home and started playing with her antique toys (tractors, trains, baby dolls, etc.) and the lift chair. They get a kick out of it all since they don't get to see stuff like that every day. Jared wandered into the next room and hollered for her to come in there... he found something he wanted to play with but knew he would need permission. They came back to the living room with 2 accordions and Jared had on a tractor cap!

Chloe and Morgan had to take a turn too!

The kids played horribly but it was pretty entertaining to see them get so excited and have that much fun. They love polka music but this is the first time that they've gotten to hold one and see how it works. Jared declared that he wants to take accordian lessons. Good luck, buddy. He'd have to practice out in the shed. ;)

Home Show

I took the kids to the Home Show after dance practice. It was crazy, busy and we found lots of freebies and treats. They pretty much had popcorn for lunch. ;) I only snapped one picture since I was trying to keep an eye on the munchkins. It was of Jared being Hermann the German...

March 13th...

I play on a women's volleyball league on Wednesday nights in Winter. It's a fun group of ladies and we always have a good time... win or lose. This year we won the lower division (aka the winners of the loser's bracket... ha!). It was a trophy so that's all that matter.  :)

JFK Dance Pictures

The girls had their dance pictures taken at Shayds of Color. Only about half of the class showed up so that was kind of a bummer. You can tell Morgan was a little more timid... they wouldn't let the moms go into the studio so I had no idea what to expect. They turned pretty cute!

And now I'm one of those moms that has a button on her purse to show off her cute kids!

Play Hard... Crash Hard

March 2nd...

All that fresh air really pooped them out!

Morgan just had to have the iPad. She lasted about a minute before crashing.

She's a little furnace when she sleeps. This is how she stays cool. ;)

Chloe really wanted a bowl of cereal. She finished it and then just put her head down.

My legs hurt just looking at this picture!

What you don't see is the empty bowl on the floor with milk splashed all over. She's lucky she's cute ;)

It is pretty much impossible to make it through a weekend at home without the girls rummaging through their closet and putting on outfit after outfit after outfit. It results in a huge mess in their room but they have so much fun I just grin and bear it... and take a few pictures with my phone. ;)

March 2nd...

The sun was shining so it was nice and toasty in the front porch. I was sitting out
there with Jared while he  read his AR books and Morgan decided to join us...

Gotta love her outfit... she picked it out and put it on all by herself!

Apparently it was even too warm to wear socks! ;)

Sledding at Franta's

February 24th...

After Leah's baptism we all went to their house for the party. The day before Chelsey let everyone know that the sledding hill was in prime condition so we were all suppose to bring our snow gear and sleds. Their driveway is pretty steep so we've always talked about how fun it would be for sledding. It was perfect timing with the fresh snow. Everyone (young and old) had a great time. Even Father Tony joined in on the fun! I, myself, went down the hill a few times but I had way more fun taking pictures. You'll see... I took A LOT of them!!!
