Farmin'

April 24th...

Spring planting went very well this year!
The kids loved going to wherever daddy and grandpa were to 'help'.
Lots of fun pictures from 2 of those days...

Jared didn't want to wait until Grandpa finished the round so
he ran halfway across the field (in snow boots!) to meet him...

Having fun with my new editing software. I love this picture...

Across the road Keith was digging with the girls...

Not happy... the ride wasn't long enough...

 April 30th...

Planting corn at the Helget farm.
Grandpa had lots of help moving the fertilizer wagon...

My fellas...

I have no idea why these two were squatting there but it sure was cute...

Chloe found a treat in the cooler I packed for supper...

I got everyone to stop for a few seconds and
take a group shot... and it actually turned out!

Grandpa and Chloe digging; Keith, Jared and Morgan planting corn...

I took advantage of the scenery got some nice pictures of the girls...

Can you tell it was a fun-filled day?! They were pooped out!

2 dresses, a skirt and one of my scarves...
She is really into dressing up lately...
and doing it all by herself!!! :)

Do Not Disturb

Jared actually wanted to go to bed early last night because he is going on a field trip to the the Children's Theatre today. The K-4 students are going to see Pippi Longstocking and he was very excited!
He came out to use the bathroom and said, "Did you see the sign?!" And then shut the door.
This is what I found on the door to the bedroom...
The kid constantly cracks me up!
I love the massive ammount of tape he used. ;)

Beauty Salon

April 28th...
Chloe talked Daddy into playing 'Beauty Salon' and it was absolutely hilarious!

She brushed his hair very nicely...

And then used her watering hose attachment as her hair dryer (noises and all!)...

4-Wheelin'

April 24th...
This little big boy finds every opportunity to drive the 4-wheeler.

I have been doing the evening calf chores since Keith has been busy in the field. I can't complain... there are only 3 calves to feed (usually there are 20) so it's quick and easy. I can carry the 5 gallon bucket of milk down to the huts instead of using the 4-wheeler but Jared still thinks it a necessary part of the process.

The girls also enjoy getting rides around the yard...
Can't tell these two are related  ;)

Don't worry... he is a very cautious driver and is especially careful when his sisters are riding. People think we're crazy for letting him drive it all by himself but when I was his age I was driving all sorts of motorized vehicles. My sister, Krystal, and I have lots of great memories of all of the fun we had rippin' around the neighborhood with those Reinhart boys. ;)
