Friday, April 22nd...
The annual Beranek Easter Egg Coloring Contest was held at the farm.
This year we added a kid's division since the "big kids" get a little competitive! ;)
I should clarify... it was pre-K and up. Chloe had no interest in it so I was thankful for that. I'm sure she would've dyed more of her body than any eggs!

It was pretty intense!
Alec was the winner!
Now on to the adult division...
The top 8 (out of about 13 dozen!)
The big one is a turkey egg... the Hillesheims were taking the competition to the next level!
But it failed... these are the final 4...
And the winner was Kristin! She's holding the trophy... each year the winner's name is added to the back and they get to keep it til next year... and it's never been to my house =(
